Codex adds GPT-6.1 Terra: 35–285 local messages / 5h on Plus, 25/1.25/125 credits per 1M tokens
GPT-6.1 Terra is now available in Codex on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu. Plan prices and the overall usage quota are unchanged; Terra simply gets about twice the per-5h message range of GPT-6.1 Sol at half the credit rate.

- Plus and Standard Business: GPT-6.1 Terra 35–285 local messages per 5h (GPT-6.1 Sol: 15–160).
- Credit rates per 1M tokens: 25 input / 1.25 cached input / 125 output (GPT-6.1 Sol: 50 / 2.5 / 250). No separate cache-write charge.
- Plan prices unchanged: Plus $20, Pro from $100, Business $25/user/mo.
